Job summary

Thrive Communities is hiring for a full-time property management role based in Seattle, WA. The position focuses on income collection, accounts payable, and maintaining accurate resident records while ensuring timely payments and lease administration.

The role requires strong customer service, leasing know-how, and experience with Yardi/CRM. You will engage with residents, coordinate marketing efforts, and support move-ins/move-outs with administrative precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management or equivalent experience including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.
• Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, MFTE, ARCH) as it relates to the programs the property participates in.

Responsibilities

• Income collection and accounts payable; maintain resident records and deposit receipts.
• Oversee invoice management and timely payment.
• Develop and maintain positive resident relations and community engagement.
• Assist with marketing tasks and leasing duties as needed.
• Handle reports, leases, and move-ins/outs with attention to detail.
