Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee financial performance and staffing at one of its living communities. You will manage budgets, ensure rent collection, handle evictions when needed, and coordinate with HR for staffing and development.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, supervisory experience, and familiarity with Yardi/CRM and Excel. A CAM certification is preferred. This is a 100% in-person role with benefits and a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ months supervisory experience and strong leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred
• Notary License required or able to obtain within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation of budgets and stay within budget guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected when due and posted timely.
• Perform evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required.
• Prepare month-end procedures and reports including variances and rent analysis.
• Lead site team, recruit staff, train, supervise, and conduct performance reviews.
