Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance and risk, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Regular on-site presence and strong leadership are essential. You will develop budgets, monitor rent collections, and lead customer service efforts to maximize resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or 4 years housing industry experience; or 1–2 years related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor leasing and marketing performance to optimize NOI.
• Prepare annual operating budgets/forecasts.
• Manage vendor invoices and deposits with accuracy.
