Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at Mallard Point in Arkansas. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction, safety, and compliance with fair housing laws. A High School Diploma is required; CAM/ARM is preferred, with on-site availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly marketing and leasing strategies; monitor performance and reports.
• Address resident concerns and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
