Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, and risk, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.

Regular onsite presence, training, and performance management are essential. You will drive resident satisfaction through leasing, marketing plans, and retention programs while coordinating administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor budgets, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Lead emergency response and on-call duties.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies.
