Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and resident relations skills, with a focus on achieving NOI goals and delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, recruit, train, and develop teams.
• Manage budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Lead leasing, marketing plans, and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high service quality.
