Asset Living seeks a Temporary Community Manager to oversee an entire housing community on-site in Las Vegas. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires onsite attendance, attention to resident needs, and coordination with maintenance and security teams. A CAM/ARM or relevant experience is preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-site housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
