Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise on-site personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and operating plans.
• Monitor leasing performance and ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety guidelines, and company policies.
