Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager in California to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.

As the on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with Asset’s policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing requirements while driving resident satisfaction and retention through effective leasing strategies and responsive

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring policy compliance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.
