Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to manage daily financial operations, rent collection, and reporting for a Texas property. You will use Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and strong communication with residents and owners. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1–3 years in property management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum in residence life and/or property management with operations and finances.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments; prepares daily bank deposits and reconciles accounts.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately.
• Reviews leases and accounts to identify unpaid balances and enforces collections to maximize revenue.
• Reviews invoices from vendors and ensures proper coding and approvals.
