Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Arlington, TX to support the financial and operational facets of the community. You will handle rent collection, close-out reports, and invoicing while using Yardi/OneSite to record and report on financials.

You will also review leases, address delinquencies, and coordinate with vendors and the on-site team to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• Experience in property management or residence life helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and payments; posts to accounts and prepares bank deposits.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately.
• Reviews resident files and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and processes invoices; coordinates with vendors and owners.
• Handles evictions per company procedures and assists with move-outs.
• Provides excellent resident and owner communications and support.
