Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in residence life or property management or related field.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and payments; prepare daily deposits and bank reconciliations.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and keep data accurate.
• Address resident issues to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Review invoices and code charges; coordinate with vendors and owners.
