You will handle daily requests, assist with Wi-Fi and room setups, and help manage bookings and inquiries. A friendly, proactive attitude and basic MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to take ownership of problems and resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily center services and questions.
• Set up equipment and help customers use center facilities.
• Open and manage service tickets in our portal.
• Plan and promote in-center networking events and send invitations.
• Direct customers to nearby amenities and ensure invoices are correct.
