IWG's Community Associate role at Germantown center invites you to create and maintain a welcoming community within the center, handling administrative and support tasks so customers can focus on running their business. You’ll greet customers, assist with Wi‑Fi changes, package inquiries, directions, projector setup, and invoicing, while coordinating networking events and center communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship building.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in center operations.
• Handle inquiries about Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Ensure services are billed correctly and invoices are accurate.
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center.
• Close the day by tidying the center and preparing for the next day.
