Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site in Cuero, Texas. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance and risk, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Fair Housing guidelines.

As a on-site leader, you will develop budgets, monitor rent collections, coordinate marketing and resident relations, and head emergency response. Strong leadership and on-site software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel and on-site staff; ensure staffing levels and performance.
• Direct leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor rent collections and expenditures.
• Coordinate marketing plans and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure property safety, compliance with policies, and thorough reporting.
