Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management under regional supervision.

As the on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines while maintaining resident satisfaction and operating budgets. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing experience in the industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community and staff.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and on-site safety planning.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
