Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of a housing community on site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As on-site leader, you will supervise staff, develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and implement resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and supervise on-site staff.
• Ensure leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks meet company policies.
• Develop annual operating budgets; monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive resident satisfaction.
