Job summary

Asset Living in Austin, TX, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management, ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing.

As on-site leader, you will guide staff performance, manage resident relations, and collaborate with vendors to maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing industry operations and staff supervision.
• Ability to develop operating budgets and track expenses.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• On-site software navigation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance and finances.
• Lead administrative tasks and risk management to ensure compliance with policies.
• Supervise staff performance, training, coaching and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, Fair Housing compliance and high resident satisfaction.
