Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a residential community on-site. You will supervise staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections, and drive resident satisfaction through effective programs, marketing plans, and proactive communication with residents and the regional team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and on-site staff scheduling.
• Regular/daily on-site presence required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop staff to meet company standards.
• Monitor staff performance and address issues in alignment with HR.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
• Drive leasing performance and resident retention through programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal through routine tours.
