Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a manufactured housing community.
• Handle rent collection, notices, and delinquency tracking under CM supervision.
• Assist leasing, show homes, process applications, and maintain resident relations.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor visits, and recordkeeping with CM approval.
