Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC seeks a Community Manager for a fully on-site role in Tulsa, OK. You will supervise on-site staff, manage operations, and drive financial performance within a manufactured housing community.

Responsibilities include rent collection, lease enforcement, vendor coordination, and resident relations, with a focus on safety, occupancy, and service excellence during regular business hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at a high school level; high school diploma preferred.
• Direct experience in manufactured housing communities preferred.
• CAM/MCM or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufactured housing community, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage rent collection, lease terms, and delinquency processes.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and lot/home readiness.
• Oversee vendor management and contracts; ensure work completion before payment.
• Support marketing, occupancy, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Lead on-site staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and submit reports to corporate management in a timely manner.
