Job summary

Vesta Realty is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and ensure a positive living experience for residents at our onsite Oklahoma City property.

You will assist with leasing processes, handle resident relations, monitor rent collection, and help with financial reporting while coordinating with maintenance and vendors to maintain a well-run community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CAM/CALP certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident re-certifications, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Monitor accounts receivable including rent collection and delinquency reduction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Property Manager review.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance; inspect move-ins/move-outs.
• Support resident communications with newsletters, notices, and marketing materials.
• Maintain vendor relations, coding invoices and ensuring timely, cost-effective service.
