Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of a manufactured housing community. You’ll handle rent collection, leasing support, resident services, and records while documenting activity and coordinating with maintenance staff.

This on-site position offers a clear path to becoming a Community Manager, with emphasis on compliance, resident relations, and efficient office administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; admin or property management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Indianapolis, IN.
• CAM/MCM or similar certification a plus, or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the community and conduct property walks.
• Handle rent collection, notices, and delinquency follow-up.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors; track work orders.
• Support leasing, show homes/lots, and process applications.
• Log resident requests, prepare notices, and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
