Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC (EPM) is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support its manufactured housing communities in Claremore, OK. This full-time, on-site role focuses on routine repairs, safety, and timely resident service.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance tasks, assist with home readiness, and perform regular inspections. A strong work ethic and clear communication are essential to uphold community standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance preferred.
• General knowledge of maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Familiarity with manufactured home systems a plus.
• EPA Section 608 certification a plus.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to receive, document, and close work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, drain lines, and supply lines.
• Perform basic HVAC support, including filter changes, condensate line clearing, and thermostat checks. Refrigerant work is performed only by properly certified personnel.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, locks, flooring, drywall, and trim.
• Inspect home leveling, piers, tie-downs, and anchors, and report homes that need professional releveling.
• Prepare the community for winter and severe weather, and respond to storm damage, downed limbs, and flooding.
• Assist with preparing vacant manufactured homes for move-in, including minor repairs, cleaning, and inspections.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts for homes, common areas, and community infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors to complete repairs or projects.
