Everabode Property Management LLC in Claremore, OK is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a manufactured housing community. The role is on-site, combining operations, finance, sales/leasing, and resident relations to deliver a safe, well-maintained, and profitable environment.

You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, drive occupancy, handle vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with fair housing and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Direct experience in manufactured housing communities preferred.
• CAM or MCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and regs.
• Manage rent collection and enforce lease terms.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor contracts for timely repairs.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing and retention.
• Lead on-site team and provide coaching and feedback.
