Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a manufactured housing community in Indiana. This on-site role handles rent collection, resident services, leasing support, and records, with a clear path to taking on full site responsibility when ready.

The position requires full on-site presence and offers opportunities to grow into a Community Manager role within a dynamic, growing company in the manufactured housing sector.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write at a high school level is required.
• Administrative, leasing, or property management experience preferred; MH communities a plus.
• CAM, MCM, or similar certification a plus, or willingness to pursue certification.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site full-time.
• Interest in advancing to a Community Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and follow company policies and local/state regulations.
• Conduct property walks and report curb appeal, safety, and maintenance issues.
• Handle rent collection, posting payments, issuing receipts, and late notices.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with maintenance staff and vendors; track service requests.
• Track lot/home inventory, including vacant lots and company-owned homes.
• Assist with utility billing and respond to billing questions.
• Document leases, violations, and prepare notices for CM review.
• Obtain vendor COIs and schedule visits; verify work before invoicing.
• Serve as on-site authority during CM absence with regional approval.
