Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency, and evictions as needed.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors, including maintenance coordination.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue through marketing and leasing.
• Foster resident relations and organize community events.
• Ensure Fair Housing and safety compliance in all interactions.
