Your day includes greeting members, answering questions about Wi‑Fi, mail, directions, and reservations; coordinating small events; and ensuring accurate invoicing and service charges. It’s a hands‑on role for a positive communicator.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your center's community and support customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi-Fi codes, mail, directions, and equipment setup.
• Ensure services are charged accurately and invoices are correct.
• Organize events and networking opportunities for customers.
• Open tickets in the service portal for center issues.
