Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to manage a busy on-site center in Doylestown, PA. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, and support daily operations to keep the space productive and welcoming.

You’ll coordinate events, assist with printing and invoicing, and help customers connect to services while maintaining a high standard of service and a positive atmosphere. Training provided; 18+ and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering great customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a community within the center to assist customers.
• Assist customers with requests (Wi‑Fi, directions, packages) and handle inquiries.
• Prepare and charge invoices, connect calls, and assist with event planning.
• Plan and promote local networking events; engage prospects to join the community.
