IWG plc is seeking a Part Time Community Associate for our Indianapolis center at 10475 Crosspoint Blvd., Suite 250, 46256. This on-site role pays $18.40 per hour and runs roughly 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 20-hour work week.

You’ll help manage the center’s operations, greet customers, handle inquiries about Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and room setup, and support events while ensuring accurate invoicing and billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships.
• Positive, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Legally eligible to work in the country.
