Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for its Glendale center. This on-site role involves assisting customers, handling center operations, setting up for events, and coordinating bookings.

The schedule is 12 hours per week, 10:00am–2:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service. You will interact with customers across industries, help with Wi‑Fi issues, direct attendees, and ensure invoices and services are properly charged.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests to support center operations
• Coordinate center activities and help manage events and room bookings
• Process tickets, invoices, and ensure accurate charging for services
• Support network and customer communications, including reminders and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean, organized center environment and assist with setup before/after events
