Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of hospitality experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high event volume.
• Professional demeanor when collaborating with peers from other departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized internal and external customer support with elevated hospitality.
• Interact with employees and visitors in a warm, approachable manner.
• Coordinate meeting and event activities, including catering orders and logistics.
• Set up and teardown meeting rooms and manage office equipment.
• Use internal platforms to announce upcoming events and highlight past ones.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Restock and maintain supplies in meeting rooms and break areas.
