Job summary

IWG is seeking a Customer Service/Community Associate for an on-site role in Canada. You’ll manage daily customer needs, help with center operations, and build a welcoming community for clients across diverse industries.

You’ll handle tasks from admin to event planning, assist with room setup and tech, and coordinate with the City Manager to maintain an excellent service experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to build relationships and empathize with customers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer requests and administrative tasks
• Create and maintain a welcoming center community for customers
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi, packages, directions, and room setup
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center
• Ensure accurate service charges and proper ticketing in the system
