Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to join a on-site center in Santa Ana. You will handle a wide range of customer requests, from inquiries to setup and coordination of services, while supporting day-to-day operations and events.

You will engage customers, manage multiple tasks, and ensure accurate invoicing. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ownership of problems and proactive problem solving are important.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment is preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues to keep operations smooth.
• Set up projectors, printers, Wi‑Fi details, and directions around the center.
• Process invoices and ensure services are correctly charged.
• Organize networking events and draft invitations for customers.
• Close the day by tidying the center and preparing for tomorrow.
