Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager in Miami, FL to lead on-site operations and partner with Regional Directors and Boards to deliver quality service. You will manage a property team, ensure contractual obligations are met, and oversee maintenance, inspections, and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in property operations, a Florida CAM license, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Certified and licensed for Florida CAM.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent organization, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and apply Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Lead a property team while maintaining excellence in processes and personnel.
• Liaise to ensure quality service, Board expectations, and timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections and provide improvement recommendations.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Manage portal data: work orders, meeting minutes, monthly reports.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff and ensure proper coverage.
• Handle property-specific duties as needed.
