Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead our on-site operations. You will coordinate across departments, ensure contractual obligations are met, and partner with Regional Directors and Board members to deliver projects and quality service to residents.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in property operations, a Florida CAM license, a business degree, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for CAM.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Strong leadership, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards.
• Serve as liaison to ensure quality service and address questions or problems.
• Maintain knowledge of and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections.
• Oversee construction projects and property maintenance within budget.
• Upload information to portals, including work orders and minutes.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure proper staffing and coverage.
