Job summary

FirstService Residential in Miami Beach seeks a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations and coordinate with departments to meet company objectives.

You will manage a property portfolio, supervise staff, oversee construction projects, and ensure contract compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a 9–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Florida CAM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and provide management to the assigned property.
• Manage a team within the property and maintain service standards.
• Act as liaison to meet Board expectations and respond to questions promptly.
• Ensure contract obligations are met with the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents and oversee site inspections.
• Oversee construction projects and property maintenance within budget.
• Maintain portal information, work orders, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; provide staff direction.
