Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure contract obligations are met. You will oversee budgets, supervise staff, and coordinate projects to maintain top-tier property conditions.

The role requires 3+ years in property operations or related fields, a Florida CAM license, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; CAM certification/license required for Florida.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections; identify deficiencies and improve property.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure maintenance/improvement within budget and on schedule.
• Manage portal data like work orders, meeting minutes, and Monthly Management Reports.
• Interview, hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure coverage and staff directions.
