Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing activities, engage prospective residents, and maintain exceptional resident relations at our Seattle properties.

You will handle lease paperwork, show units, and support marketing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high occupancy. Strong customer service, sales instincts, and familiarity with property management systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8 preferred.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: Generates lease paperwork and other documents in line with laws and regulations.
• Resident relations: Maintains positive customer relations and inspects property for cleanliness.
• Marketing: Manages ads and monitors local market conditions to improve resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: Answers calls/emails, maintains reports, files documents, and processes move-ins/outs.
• General: Performs any additional duties assigned by management.
