Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant to support Relationship Managers in all phases of commercial lending, including acquiring and closing loan originations, portfolio administration, and client service.

This on-site role requires organizing loan documents, coordinating appraisals and title work, and ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates have at least three years of lending department admin experience and

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED; NMLS may be required
• Three years of administrative support in lending; knowledge of commercial lending concepts preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet navigation and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan proposals and commitment letters
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for managers
• Prepare loan documents using Laser Pro or with outside counsel
• Process and file loan documents (mortgages, UCC) and disbursement requests
• Support month-end reporting and monitor delinquencies
• Assist with loan portfolio reviews and account maintenance
• Respond to customer and branch service issues and coordinate with bank areas
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood searches and other tasks
• Maintain training compliance including BSA/AML requirements
