Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant to support Relationship Managers in all phases of the commercial relationship management process, including acquiring and closing new loan originations and renewals, portfolio administration, and client service.

Essentials include preparing proposals and commitment letters, loan documents, and coordinating appraisals and title work, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NMLS certification may be required (or obtained upon hire).
• Minimum of three years administrative support experience in lending preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet navigation, and Outlook expected.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal and commitment letter.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar.
• Prepare loan documents using Laser Pro or with outside counsel coordination.
• File mortgages, UCCs, and process disbursement requests; forward to Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Assist with month-end reporting and monitor delinquencies.
• Monitor daily NSFs and assist with delinquency reviews and loan portfolio reviews.
• Respond to and resolve client and branch service issues related to loan and deposit accounts.
