Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant to support Relationship Managers across the loan lifecycle, including originations, renewals, and portfolio administration.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing documents, and ensuring timely service to clients from our Cranberry Twp location. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of lending support, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and strong communication skills, with a possible NMLS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NMLS certification may be required (or obtained on hire).
• Minimum of three years administrative support in a lending department; commercial lending concepts preferred.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook expected.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare proposal and commitment letters.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar.
• Prepare loan documents using Laser Pro Software or coordinating with outside counsel.
• File mortgage, UCC, and other documents; process disbursement requests and forward packages for booking.
• Assist with month-end reporting and monitor delinquencies.
• Respond to and resolve customer and branch service issues; participate in client calls as appropriate.
• Order departmental supplies and coordinate appraisals, title work, flood searches, and other tasks.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/Anti-Money Laundering procedures and complete mandatory training.
