Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, estimate costs, and communicate with customers and insurance providers.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting KPI targets. The position requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, with a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and verify data.
• Experience with DRP processes and alignment with insurance requirements.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and update repair progress.
• Provide accurate repair timelines and guidance through the process.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and shops to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with WOW operating standards and DRP requirements.
• Support team members and participate in safety and training sessions.
