The position emphasizes documentation, adherence to process standards, and participation in daily production walks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DRP processes and repair guidelines.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to access repair information and guidance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend required trainings.
