Job summary

Humana Inc in Florida seeks a Manager, Clinic/Center Administration to plan and direct the work of professional and support staff delivering outpatient care. You will set objectives, allocate resources, and coordinate with clinicians to drive optimal patient outcomes.

You’ll lead staffing plans, policy implementation, and cross-department collaboration, partnering with physicians, hospital executives, and health plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Primary Care and full-risk VBC experience, with knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and related software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with physicians, staff, executives and health plan partners.
