Job summary

Humana, Inc. through CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Center Administrator to orchestrate clinic operations on-site in Phoenix. You will lead front office, clinical teams, and providers to deliver high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

You will manage daily flow, quality and safety programs, and staff development while using real-time data to drive financial stewardship and service improvements. Strong leadership and clinic operations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how clinics operate and function for patient care.
• Computer literacy required.
• Able to manage patient and partner concerns while maintaining trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily flow management and morning huddles to align the team.
• Oversee quality and safety with 5S checks and vaccine/sterilization logs.
• Provide people leadership with weekly one-to-ones and scheduling.
• Ensure administrative excellence including POS collections and waste reduction.
• Enhance patient experience by resolving concerns on the same day.
