Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-focused on-site support associate in the Chicago area. The role involves prompt delivery of on-site tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple facility services including mail, courier, reception, and shipping.

Responsibilities include responding to client requests, assisting management, and maintaining clear records. A HS Diploma or equivalent is required with the ability to work with minimal supervision and lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• May require driving between multiple client locations; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach and pull for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt on-site service and customer satisfaction.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Contribute to Site Procedure Guide for documented account processes.
• Cover several roles as needed (Copy/Print, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse, File Room).
• Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
• Site coverage may change based on client/division needs.
