Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks an on-site, customer-facing associate in Chicago to support Mail/Courier, reception, and general office services. The role emphasizes prompt service, adherence to client policies, and the ability to work across locations as needed.

Requires a HS Diploma/GED or equivalent, willingness to obtain required clearances, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. OT may be required; authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer-facing role with compliance to policies and vaccination where required.
• Ability to obtain security/clearances required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, or verbally.
• Provide strong customer service and coverage across locations.
• Assist in creating site procedures to document account processes.
• Roles may include mail/courier, copier maintenance, reception, shipping/receiving, inventory, warehouse, or file services.
• Attend cross-functional trainings for coverage when short-staffed.
