SPS North America is seeking a Client Service Associate to work on-site and ensure the security and preservation of records. The role focuses on handling inquiries, filing and retrieving documents, and coordinating records storage and retrieval following established procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and customer service excellence. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle records securely and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and listen to customers to understand inquiries and requests and provide prompt assistance.
• File and retrieve documents in hard copy, electronic, or microfiche formats.
• Coordinate information creation, storage, retrieval, and disposition.
