Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. This in-person role will manage client check-in, scheduling, and daily office operations, supporting tax professionals and contributing to a professional client experience during tax season.

You will greet clients, answer calls, and help match clients with the right tax professional. Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow into tax

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities
